Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home Singapore Botanic Gardens Outing (20 Oct 2019)

Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home has been around for close to 60 years, providing affordable quality eldercare to those who are unable to qualify for government-funded homes but cannot afford the services of profit-driven private homes.

Last 20 October 2019 (Sunday), we’re very fortunate to have had the chance to take 20 residents from Lee Ah Mooi Home to the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Many thanks to all the volunteers from USS Ronald Reagan and Travellers Masonic Club Singapore.

Special thanks go out York Fuan and Kuya Cedrick and to Master Lai and Ms Orifiel Diong for always supporting us through conducting qi gong exercises for our dear residents.

WOODLANDS CARE HOME SG BOTANIC GARDENS OUTING (15 DEC 2018)

One of the oldest exercises in Chinese history, Qigong is a breathing exercise especially beneficial for health and mental relaxation. Master Lai provided guidance in our residents’ Qigong practice at the Palm Valley.

Thank you, Master Lai!

Our volunteers serenaded our dear residents with a few Christmas carols! Thanks, everyone especially to our guitarist Kuya Froilan!
