One of the oldest exercises in Chinese history, Qigong is a breathing exercise especially beneficial for health and mental relaxation. Master Lai provided guidance in our residents’ Qigong practice at the Palm Valley.

Tahun lepas, kami telah membawa penghuni dari Pearl’s Hill Care Home ke Taman Botani. Sekarang, tibalah masanya untuk penghuni dari Woodlands Care Home. Harap-harap cuaca Sabtu pagi nanti cerah.
