While the kids and our volunteers were having their lunch, Pres and I said hello to everybody and shared the story of how this charity event came about.

Atty Sharon O is our ever favourite events host!  After lunch, everybody felt like dozing off but she just had her ways to keep us all up!  Thank you, Ate Shawee (that’s how we call her!)!

UP KAPITAS was instrumental in making this ACTS29 Scholars’ Day Out possible.  They carefully planned how to do the campus tour, arranged for the audio-visual room, pooled our volunteers to buddy up with our scholars and be their Ates and Kuyas; they even had a food committee to ensure that food distribution was orderly!
